Our hiring process generally consists of the following
steps.
• Candidate submits resume
• Resume is evaluated
• If resume passes the evaluation process, candidate
is contacted for a phone interview
• If phone interview is satisfactory, candidate is
contacted for an in-person interview (includes interview
with a senior employee, plus group interview with several
WCI employees.
*You may have to complete a sample task successfully for
which you are being hired
• If one-on-one and group interview results are satisfactory,
an offer is extended
